Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms govern your use of vox1.ai (the "service"). The service is run by Sergei Iartsev, an individual based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Who can use vox1.ai
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your email address up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- An account is for one person. Don't share it or create accounts for others without their permission.
- You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, write to privacy@vox1.ai.
3. Acceptable use
When using vox1.ai, you agree not to:
- break the law or help anyone else break it;
- scrape, crawl or copy the content in bulk, or use it to build a competing product or to train AI models, unless we have agreed to it in writing;
- try to get into accounts or systems you're not authorised to use, probe or test the service's security, or get around its access limits;
- overload or disrupt the service, for example with automated requests;
- copy, change or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
4. Our content
The skill trees, lessons, examples, design and software of vox1.ai belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning. You may share links to any page and quote short excerpts with a link back to vox1.ai.
Names and logos of programming languages, frameworks and tools shown on vox1.ai belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the technology. vox1.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by them.
5. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without owing you anything. We are grateful for them all the same.
6. Learning content only
Lessons and code examples are for learning. We work to keep them accurate and up to date, but technology changes quickly and mistakes happen. Check official documentation before relying on something in production. Your progress in vox1.ai is not a certification or qualification.
7. Changes to the service
vox1.ai is currently free. We may add, change or remove features, trees and lessons, and we may pause or stop the service. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you about them and their terms before you are charged.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you why first. If we stop the service entirely, we will give signed-up users reasonable notice.
9. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to 100 US dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country you live in.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and cookies.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If a change is significant, we will tell signed-up users by email or on the site at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, you also keep any right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live and the protection of its mandatory laws.
If you have a problem, please write to us first. Most issues can be sorted out quickly.
